Cassandra Worthy

“Cassandra is an excellent speaker and expert on navigating the waves of change.  She makes you realize that individual emotions about change can make or break organizational change.  I love her perspective of ‘are you going to be bitter or better!”  –Julie Staub, Executive Vice President & Chief Human Resources Officer, Jackson Health System

Dr. Tasha Eurich

“Thank you for being a part of our conference this year. Besides your command of the room, digestible information, and actionable take aways (all on point, by the way), what we appreciated most was the obvious connection that you had to our mission. You HEARD us during our prep meeting. And integrating our day-to-day terms into the presentation, set you above the rest to connect with what we train. Our guests looked at you as an extension of CPI.” – Jacob Nelson, Marketing Manager, Crisis Prevention Institute

Dr. Tasha Eurich

“Tasha was amazing and the consummate professional! I can’t even put into words the impact she had on our team. The most consistent piece of feedback was “the guest speaker was amazing.” All our leaders have been talking about self-awareness since the event. I just got off a call with my CHRO and she talked about the presentation again and how our leaders need to lean into self-awareness more. We are just so pleased, and professionalism aside, I just like her as a person – so happy we met!” – Olecia Christie, Senior Director, Employee Communications, Banner Health

Neil Pasricha

“We were very pleased with Neil’s program on ‘The Subtle Art of Happiness’ at our System Leadership Meeting. On our 10-point rating scale, he received a score of 9.39.  Some of the audience comments included:

  • He was energizing and the message is timely and relevant. SO helpful.
  • I LOVED The Subtle Art of Happiness presentation. Neil was super engaging and had me feeling encouraged.
  • Learned many new habits that I will be applying to workplace and my personal life.
  • Neil imparted information that I will implement in my personal and professional life. 1000 minutes–I’m using two for me.
  • I like Neil’s two minutes a day practice. I will be doing the night one where I put my phone away and read two pages out of a book every night before bed.
  • Took away the Forest Bathing and how to bring that into your day.”

Cassandra Worthy

“It was so good how Cassandra connected the dots between the chemical elements and her key messages on change leadership. There were so many layers to her presentation yet the casual observer would have seen it as fun and engaging while walking away with the nuggets to be a more impactful change leader…without having to work hard to get there. Checked all the boxes of a great presentation!” –Michelle Turner, Chief Finance Officer and Vice President, Enterprise Supply Chain, Enterprise Supply Chain, J&J

Cassandra Worthy

“Having been in change management for a while, this was one of the most engaging and thought-provoking sessions that I’ve been audience to for a long time.” –Brian Davis, Regional Manager, Change Management, J&J

Michelle Poler

“I can’t say enough wonderful things about Michelle Poler’s opening keynote at our Emergency Nursing 2022 Annual Conference! From the beginning of the process to the end, Michelle’s team was responsive and organized. Her energy during our 8 AM general session was palpable in the room of our 3,000 nurses. The opportunity for our nurses to purchase her book afterwards and meet her, to also share their vulnerable stories with her of fears and stories, was much appreciated. I would recommend Michelle in the future to any other healthcare associations who are looking to bring joy and excitement to their opening general session!” –Emergency Nurses Association

Nataly Kogan

“I am a Cigna employee and recently joined your webinar. My team and I joined together because just by the title, I knew each of my team members could benefit – and boy, we were right! we found all of the context and topics so relevant. My team and I support leaders as they coach, develop, and remove barriers for their employees. not only was it a benefit for my direct reports but for the leaders we help each day. One of our favorite topics and points you made was ‘servant leadership is not martyr leadership” – so powerful!

Another item we really liked was “Multitasking is ‘switch tasking’ – we lose 25% of quality each time we switch task.” This spoke to me, and I fell victim of ‘switch tasking’ last week. I was getting prepared for taking a few days off and I was getting some emails sent and my out of office set up. The morning of last day before PTO, I realized my team and others were getting my out of office message early! Not only did I put the wrong date for the out of office, but there were also three typos. the funny part was I set up the out of office while I was on a call trying to ‘switch task’ it goes to show how one cannot do two things at one time…especially me! 🙂

I wanted to share my story and send you a big thank you for spending time with the Cigna family and the impact you made.” –Cigna

Carey Lohrenz

“Carey was the perfect speaker to close out our event! Our attendees were engaged and energized by her passion and ability to transfer her past experiences to any setting, be it professional or personal. She was able to perfectly intertwine the message of her session, ‘Remaining Relevant,’ with our organization’s competency framework, which is at the core of our work with healthcare quality and patient safety professionals. While her session was playing, the live chat was very, very active and attendees were already saying how excited they were to share her insights with their staff/teams.  We knew we were going to get a great session from Carey, but it definitely exceeded our expectations!”— National Association for Healthcare Quality

Sally Hogshead

“Sally Hogshead is an amazing speaker who truly brought the Fascinate Test to life. Having Sally come in and speak to the different archetypes helped bring clarity and a deeper understanding to our team on what makes us fascinating. The test was extremely accurate and Sally set up a clear roadmap on how to apply this information in both a personal and professional setting while providing our team with tangible practices we can walk away with. She was an inspiration!”

Amy Blankson

“Amy is an amazing blend of scientific knowledge with an engaging demeanor. Amy spoke at two leadership development workshops for us in June of 2022 and she was phenomenal. She was kind, incredibly personable, flexible, and most importantly, our participants loved her. She exceeded our expectations and was rated VERY high! Not only did she incorporate our topics into her presentation with ease, but she also demonstrated that she has a strong grasp of the healthcare industry. She was able to customize her presentation to our needs after a single conversation with us. Amy is an amazing blend of scientific knowledge with an engaging demeanor, and we loved her practical tips at the end. Participants weren’t just listening to a lecture, they had simple, practical action steps to follow through on.” – Aubrea VanderMolen, Talent Development Analyst, Banner Health

Dr. Tasha Eurich

“Tasha does an amazing job engaging the audience, while teaching the foundations of self-awareness in a way that is relatable and not textbook.  Every single person from our audience of 150 people took something away with them from her Insight workshop and had rave reviews. Personally, I loved the piece that focused on the values, and understanding what our personal values are and how that carries into our own leadership approach.  Also, the importance of self-care to be more self-aware.”— Lauren Brittingham, Director of Organizational Development, Bayhealth Medical Center

Dan Heath

“Dan was fantastic. Zoom can be a challenge to hook and keep an audience’s attention but Dan used multiple channels to keep the audience engaged and listening.  Our attendees were very impressed and excited to talk upstream.” –Amber Weir, Project Director, NorCal4Health

Neil Pasricha

  • Neil was an amazing and innovating speaker. The way he used the Zoom format as a tool versus a restriction was incredible and created such an engaging session.
  • Neil was phenomenal, not just because he was an engaging speaker, but he gave tangible actions we can take and avoided one-liners and cliches. He spoke about his raw experience, which resonated, and gave easy to implement actions. Also LOVED how connected our team felt through these sessions, as we lifted each other up virtually while sitting at home.
  • Neil was amazing – simple exercises I’ll continue on in life!
  • Neil was my favorite speaker throughout the entire RISE series. He held the most raw discussion about being your real self in the workplace and learning how to find your happy. I really really REALLY hope that my colleagues and leadership continue to hear his messages and implement the changes he recommends so that we can build a better culture.

“Neil exceeded our very high expectations and we are hearing his name and work referenced across the organization, at all levels, on a regular basis.  We could not be happier with how he closed our meeting and left our audience on such a high note.  His presentation style, expert use of a virtual environment and tools, content, and takeaways are all contributing to internalization of his materials and message and commitment to lasting change – personally and professionally – at a time when we all needed it more than ever.” –Kelly McQuillan, Sr. Global Brand Manager – OASYS® Reusable, Johnson & Johnson Vision
